Returns & Exchanges

• All purchases are final sale. Since items are made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
  
  

• If something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. In certain cases, I may be able to offer an exchange or adjustment at my discretion.
  
  

Order Timelines & Shipping

• Orders that are ready to ship typically go out within 3–6 business days.
  
  

• For custom or made-to-order jewelry, please allow 7–10 business days for creation before shipping. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, and I appreciate your patience as I work to bring your jewelry to life.

Your jewelry is meant to be cherished, but like all handmade items, it deserves gentle treatment. To help your piece last:

• Avoid wearing it while swimming, exercising, or doing hands-on work.
  
  

• Store it safely when not in use.
  
  

• Clean it gently with a soft cloth to keep its shine.
