For this piece, one of his handmade glass beetles is set in .925 sterling silver, bringing together his glasswork and my silversmithing into a wearable piece of art.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe glass beetle shifts in color depending on the lighting, moving between soft greens, blues, and golden tones. Because of this natural color shift, it may look slightly different from photo to photo, which is part of what makes the piece so special.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe beetle form is inspired by the symbolism of the scarab, an ancient Egyptian emblem often associated with transformation, protection, rebirth, and the movement of the sun. This cuff carries that same feeling of renewal and strength, with the glass beetle acting as the focal point of the piece.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn either side of the beetle are two pieces of chrysocolla, a stone often associated with communication, calm, intuition, and emotional balance. Its blue-green tones add an earthy, oceanic contrast to the glass and silver, giving the cuff a grounded but ethereal feel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach cuff is handmade by me in my studio using .925 sterling silver. Because every piece is shaped, soldered, set, and finished by hand, you may notice subtle variations or tiny tool marks. These are not flaws, but part of the handmade process and what give each piece its character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis piece is truly one of a kind and cannot be duplicated exactly. The glass beetle was handmade individually by Tyler, and the silver setting was created specifically around it, making this cuff completely unique.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFit: This cuff is 5.5 inches in length and designed to fit a small to medium wrist. It has slight adjustability for a comfortable, personalized fit, but should not be pulled open or bent excessively.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTips for wear: To put a cuff on correctly, place the opening at the softest part of your wrist and gently roll it on from the side.
